This forum was created to allow LB'ers a place to upload source and files for sharing with other LB'ers. You may attach files to your posts here. It wasn't really setup for discussions, though you may hold them here if you like. I only used the forum foundation because it allows for easy navigation and order to be maintained.
For that reason I ask that you please use descriptive titles in your posts when you attach and upload a file, this way visitors can easily find what they're looking for.
Remember that everything you place here is open to the public. However, remember that just because something is placed on a public forum like this, that DOES NOT mean you may use and abuse it as you please. The original author / creator still has all rights to their own code and materials unless they specifically state otherwise. They haven't given them away here, they have only been kind enough to share it with all for learning and other example purposes.
You may only attach these file types to posts here:
(Maximum attachement size is 2MB)
*.bas
*.zip
*.bmp
*.jpg
*.gif
DO NOT upload LB run engines or distribution dll's here! We all have them already.
DO NOT upload *.zip files for programs that don't contain the *.bas source file. I don't know you, and even if I do I don't trust you with my computer and I will not run a *.tkn file you upload. Neither should anybody else here!
If an upload is found to contain a *.tkn file but no *.bas file it will be deleted and you will be banned. No second chances.
If this seems harsh as you read it, imagine how much worse you'd feel if it were your PC that was suddenly fried because of someone's poor or malicious coding messing with the registry or some other system files? Your weekend spent reinstalling Windows and all your software? Your saved data lost forever?
No need for anyone to risk it, simply follow the rules and all will be well.
Please post within the board that best matches your posting and files. If you upload the latest LB internet program to the Media board I'll send Guido the Hammer to your home for a lesson on category definitions.
I hope this forum provides a valuable service to the LB community,
